How do I know my money is safe?
We do not receive payments through this website or through unsolicited messages. Every payment is made against a signed quote and only to the accounts stated in it. Before paying, you know what you are paying for and to whom; if you receive payment details through any other channel, confirm them with us.
What do I need to import?
It depends on the country where the equipment arrives. For example, in Colombia you need a tax registration (RUT) with the importer responsibility, which is added with the DIAN. We tell you the requirements for each case.
What does the cost include?
The price of the equipment at the factory, international freight and insurance, the import taxes of the destination country and our fee. In the quote, each amount is listed separately.
How long does an import take?
It depends on the equipment, the factory and the shipping route. The timeline for each case is stated in the firm quote.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We tell you what happened and what options you have. What each import covers is stated in writing in the quote; we do not promise coverage that has not been signed.
